REFUND AND RETURN POLICY 1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL You have the right to withdraw from your order within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product. 2. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments (including standard delivery costs) without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods. 4. RETURN OF PRODUCTS You must send back the products without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. EXCLUSIONS AND DEPRECIATION OF VALUE (Important Provision) We reserve the right to refuse returns or withhold a portion of the refund if the product is not returned in its original condition. Depreciation of Value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Damaged or Incomplete Returns: Products returned damaged, showing signs of use beyond a simple inspection, or missing parts (as in the case of puzzles, sets, or mats), cannot be fully refunded. In such cases, The Challenge Zone B.V. will deduct the depreciation in value from the amount to be reimbursed, or may refuse the right to a refund if the product has become unsaleable.
